The Asiatic Nation of North America, collectively known as Moorish Americans, have formed a sovereign theocratic government known as the Moorish Science Temple of America. In the year 1330 A.H (1912 A.D), 47 Years after the ratification of the 13th amendment, Noble Drew Ali was anointed “El Hajj Sharif Abdul Ali” by the heads of Egypt and the Holy City of Mecca to return to the United States, as the Last Prophet, and Founding Father of the newly risen Nation, establishing the Moorish Science Temple of America that following year in Newark, New Jersey, 1331 A.H (1913 A.D). Rajab, 1346 A.H (January, 1928) Noble Drew Ali attended the Sixth Pan-American conference as the representative of the Moorish people; until that period of time, the United States received a 50 year mandate for this land and at this conference, it was given to Prophet Noble Drew Ali. Later, that same year, he incorporated the Moorish Science Temple of America under the “Religious Corporation Act of 1872” officially creating the autonomous Moorish State.
