Supreme Grand Body

The legislative branch consists of the Supreme Grand Body and subordinate temple Grand Bodies. The Grand Body is elected by popular vote to four-year terms. There are Sheiks elected to represent the districts within the M.S.T.A’s jurisdictional boundaries and Sheiks elected to represent nationals who live outside the boundaries. The Grand Sheik, Chairman, and Grand Body establishes laws necessary and proper for the good of the Asiatic Nation and conducts other business to further the interests of the Nation and its nationals.
